Rx8 r3 2.6, rebuilt, ported, warranty in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire for sale

Regrettably the time has come to put my R3 up for sale, due to personal commitments. one previous lady owner from new. Oil has changed every 6000 miles in my ownership which includes engine oil, filters and plugs + leads, diff oils and gearbox oils recently changed too. Rebuilt and ported last year by rotary revs rx8 specialists improving performance and reliability. I had the gold Standard, complete, Rotary Revs Engine Rebuild, which is, By far the most popular offering. The list of parts replaced in this engine rebuild includes, A new set of genuine Mazda apex seals, side seals, corner seals, apex, side and corner seal springs, full engine gasket kit including intake, exhaust and front cover, full o-ring kit, new rotor bearings, new stationary gear bearings, thrust bearing, Torrington bearings, oil ring o-rings and new thermal pellet bypass to ensure that the stock Mazda pellet never fails. Also modified the oil pressure regulators to release at 95psi instead of 75psi to offer the stationary gear bearings better protection. Also had STAGE 3 all out street port, LS2 D585 Ignition Coils, Competition-grade Magnecor Ignition Leads and a Plug & play Wiring Harness, which have lifetime warranty. 2.5" straight exhaust box pipes to accommodate the porting and rebuild etc. All work was in excess of £3000. The total mileage of the car is just over 43k and engine is now at 9000miles, I Serviced her at 1000miles after the run in stage with engine oil, r3 filter, diff oil and gearbox oil, along with air filter. I've just replaced the spark plugs with iridium ngks, millers oil and specific r3 oil filter. So the recent full service done. All receipts for proof. I don't trust garages and Always care for my cars so all done to perfect standards and genuinely. As far as I am aware, it's is the only r3 to have been stage 3 street ported so she is kind of limited addition in that way. still a daily driver for work until sale agreed, so until sold the miles may increase. Also the car is still under warranty with warranty direct which will be transferred to the new owner. M.o.t till end of November 2015. Also had a new windscreen and battery. Tyres on the car are currently good with half decent tread. Very good body work and interior is lovely just very slight driver side wear which balm would fix, She pulls amazingly well, starts first time every time and is a pleasure to own all round and will last a life time with the care and work done. Minor stone chips and curbing, two very small trolley dings via drivers rear arch. I'm in no rush to sell as once sale agreed I have another car I can use, I would require a 10% deposit and once received, the car will be detailed, then machine polished to await for the new owner.
